From short notices routine inspections, when a Property Manager is sick, to scheduling and conducting all of your agencies routine inspections, PM On Call has you covered. With over 17 years experience in Property Management, we know what is expected of Property Managers when conducting these reports.

We also know that owners expect consistency, which is why we will conduct the inspections using your agencies inspecting app, to ensure a streamline process for the Property Manager and familiarity for your owners.

All routine inspections will be completed and synced ready for you to download within 24 hours of inspecting the property. Along with a one page summary of all properties inspected on that day outlining any areas of concern which require the Property Managers attention.

For only $55.00 including GST, our Routine Inspections will give your Property Manager's time back for the more important things in their day.

PROPERTY CONDITION REPORTS - Starting from $150.00

For Property Managers and owners, the most important tool during the tenancy is the Property Condition Report. This report must be conducted with the upmost attention to detail, ensuring that everything is covered for a smooth transaction when the tenant vacates.

Do not leave this to chance, with 17 years of experience in Property Management and conducting final bond inspections, the attention is always in the detail, less is not more in this case.

PM On Call will conduct your PCRs providing you with a comprehensive report along with supporting photos, all in an REIWA approved format, with your company branding ready for you to download within 24 hours of conducting.

FINAL BOND INSPECTION REPORT - Starting from $150.00

PM On Call can also assist when it comes time for the tenant to vacate by conducting the final bond inspection. The final bond inspection is carried out using the PCR provided by the agency, cross referencing the initial comments from both the tenant and agency.

We will then provide the agency with a detailed final bond inspection report, with supporting photos. The report will also have a suggested cleaning and maintenance list (where applicable), to save your Property Managers, hours of both in and out of the office.

PCR UPDATES - Starting from $70.00

After conducting the Final Bond Inspection, PM On Call can also assist by updating your PCRs with minor changes. This is ideally after a 6-12 month tenancy, unless there has been renovations. We can also provide you with a re-shoot of photos to save you time and money.

Unfortunately a Property Managers life span is only 9 months ! This mixed in with staff annual holiday requirements and sick or maternity leave, it can give both the Property Manager and Licensee constant headaches and cause of concern.
